Refund & Cancellation

Code activation

A code is used once (or as many times as it allows) and is not refundable after activation.

Before activation

If a code has not been activated yet, contact support about a refund according to how it was bought.

Sold out

If no instance is available at activation time the code is not used and stays valid until one is.

Cancellation

You can ask support to cancel a subscription at any time; the bot stops and leaves the server.

Technical problems

If the bot is down for a long time because of a fault on our side, we add days to your subscription.
