Commands and dashboard guide

Dashboard pages
Panels
Per panel: channel, default category, transcript channel, support roles, title, description, colour, image and open-ticket limit per member. Press "Publish / update" after editing.
Sections
Each section is an option in the panel menu with its own category, roles, opening message and image. Empty fields use the panel settings.
Commands
Rename the ticket commands ($close and others) and choose which roles may use them.
