Terms of Service

Overview

By using the OABH platform you agree to these terms. The platform provides private Discord bots; each bot is an independent instance bound to one server for the length of the subscription.

Account

You log in with your Discord account and are responsible for actions taken through it.

Subscription and activation

A subscription starts when a code is activated and lasts for the duration of that code. The instance is locked to the server you chose and can only be moved by support. Only the subscription owner, while holding Manage Server, can control the bot.

End of subscription

We send a reminder a few days before the end. When it ends the bot stops and leaves the server, its settings are deleted, and it returns to its original name and avatar.

Acceptable use

Bots may not be used against Discord's terms or the law, or for spam and harassment. We may suspend any subscription that does.

Availability

We aim for continuous operation, but short interruptions for maintenance or caused by Discord can happen.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown on this page.
