Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you log in we store your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We read your server list to show the servers you can manage, and do not keep that list permanently.

Server data

Bot settings you save in the dashboard are stored to run the bot. The bot processes only the server events it needs to do its job.

Security

Bot tokens are encrypted, sessions are protected, and dashboard access is limited to the subscription owner.

Retention and deletion

When a subscription ends, the bot settings for your server are deleted. You can ask support to delete your account.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with anyone, beyond what running the service requires (Discord itself).
